A tasty salsa verde with pickles!

- 1 pound tomatillos, husks eliminated
- 1 jalapeno pepper, reduce in half and seeded
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pound pickles
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- salt to style
instructions
- Roast the tomatillos, jalapenos, onion and garlic beneath a broiler, or over open flame, or in a heavy backside pan over excessive warmth, till barely blackened or charred on all sides.
- Place all the pieces right into a meals processor and puree.
Choice: Use extra jalapenos for extra warmth!
