A tasty rooster stew crammed with loads of greens and herbs!

  • 6 cups rooster broth (hyperlink)
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 bay leaves (non-obligatory)
  • 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 cup peas (non-obligatory)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (non-obligatory)
  • salt and pepper to style
instructions
  1. Warmth the oil and soften the butter in a big saucepan over medium warmth, add the rooster and prepare dinner, about 8-10 minutes, earlier than setting apart.
  2. Add the onion, carrot, and celery, and prepare dinner till tender, about 10-Quarter-hour.
