
Rooster Parmesan Soup

The entire flavours of hen parm in a tasty soup!
substances
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup (panko) bread crumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound boneless and skinless hen breasts (or thighs), reduce into chew sized items
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon purple pepper flakes (non-obligatory)
- 4 cups hen broth (hyperlink)
- 2 cups marinara sauce (hyperlink)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (hyperlink) (or oregano)
- 8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
- salt and pepper to style
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1 tablespoon basil (or parsley), chopped

- Soften the butter in a small pan, add the breadcrumbs and garlic powder, combine nicely and prepare dinner till flippantly golden brown earlier than setting apart.
- Warmth the oil in a big saucepan over medium warmth, add the hen and onion and prepare dinner, about 10 minutes.
- Add the garlic and purple pepper flakes, combine and prepare dinner till aromatic, a few minute.

Possibility: Add 1/2 teaspoon floor fennel seeds, together with the garlic.
