
Rooster Stew

- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 2 bay leaves (non-obligatory)
- 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
- 1 cup peas (non-obligatory)
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (non-obligatory)

- Warmth the oil and soften the butter in a big saucepan over medium warmth, add the rooster and prepare dinner, about 8-10 minutes, earlier than setting apart.
