Crispy Scorching Honey Feta Rooster

Rooster coated in crumbled corn flakes, baked till crispy and topped with melted feta earlier than pouring on sizzling honey!

components
    For the hen:
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 giant eggs, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sizzling sauce
  • 2 cups corn flake crumbs (or breadcrumbs) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 pound boneless and skinless hen breasts or thighs, pounded skinny
  • 6 ounces feta, crumbled
  • For the new honey:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sizzling sauce (similar to Frank Purple Scorching)
  • 1 teaspoon pink pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon (smoked) paprika
instructions
    For the hen:
  1. Combine the flour, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the eggs and sizzling sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the corn flake crumbs in a large bowl.
  4. Flippantly mud the hen within the flour combination, shaking off any extra.
  5. Dip the hen within the egg combination, shaking off any extra.
  6. Press the hen into the crumb combination to coat on all sides and shake off any extra.
  7. Place the hen on a wire rack on a baking pan an optionally sprayed calmly with oil
  8. Bake in a preheated 425F/220C till golden brown and cooked (165F), about 20-Half-hour.
  9. Sprinkle on the feta and bake till the feta begins to calmly brown on high, about 5 minutes.
  10. 10 Serve topped with sizzling honey!
  11. For the new honey:
  12. Combine every thing and let sit for some time.

Choice: Fry the hen in oil as a substitute of baking; high with feta and broil after.
