- 1/4 cup dijon mustard *
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoon cajun seasoning (hyperlink)

Possibility: * Use your favorite sort of mustard. I like a mix of Dijon and grainy mustard.
Possibility: Change the honey with maple syrup.
Possibility: Add 1 clove of minced/grated garlic.
