  • 2 teaspoons oregano (or Italian seasoning (hyperlink))
  • 8 ounces pasta (gluten free for gluten free)
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 2 tablespoons basil, sliced (or parsley, chopped)
  • salt and pepper to style
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
instructions
