Sluggish Cooker Rooster Teriyaki

- 1/2 cup water (or rooster broth (hyperlink))
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (optionally available)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optionally available)

instructions
