  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
instructions
  1. Place the rooster, onion, and bell pepper in a sluggish cooker, together with the combination of the: garlic, ginger, pink curry paste, curry powder, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, peanut butter, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar, and prepare dinner on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
