Fast and simple rooster sandwiches with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and jalapenos!

  • 1 pound boneless and skinless rooster thighs or breasts, thinly sliced or reduce into chunk sized items
  • 2 tablespoons oil (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning *
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (elective)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (elective) (gluten-free or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (elective) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno, sliced (hyperlink)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 hoagies/buns/rolls, reduce in half (optionally toasted) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
instructions
  1. Marinate the rooster within the combination of oil, ranch seasoning, oregano, cayenne, salt, pepper, coated, within the fridge, for 20 minutes to in a single day.
  2. Prepare dinner the rooster and onion in a skillet over medium warmth till cooked by means of, about 10-15.
  3. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and jalapenos, and blend.
  4. Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese, combine and let it soften into the sauce.
