Hen Cheesesteak Pasta

A fast and straightforward pasta with the entire flavours of rooster cheese steak sandwiches!

- 8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless rooster breasts or thighs, sliced
- 1 teaspoon (smoked) paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (or Italian seasoning (hyperlink))
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (non-obligatory)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup rooster broth (hyperlink) (or water)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (non-obligatory) (gluten-free or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (non-obligatory) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon sizzling sauce (comparable to Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning (hyperlink) (or salt and pepper to style)
- 1/2 cup cheese whiz (non-obligatory)
- 4 slices provolone
