
Grinder Pasta Salad

The entire flavours of a grinder sandwich in a creamy pasta salad!
components
- 1 pound pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded or sliced
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup pink onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1/2 cup provolone, chopped
- 1/2 cup salami, chopped
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pink wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano (or Italian seasoning (hyperlink))
- 1 small clove garlic, minced/grated
- 2 tablespoons parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1/2 teaspoon pink pepper flakes (elective)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Prepare dinner the pasta as directed on the package deal, drain and rinse in chilly water till the pasta has cooled.
- Assemble the salad, toss with the dressing and luxuriate in!
- Combine every thing nicely.

Choice: Use your favorite salad/grinder components!
Choice: Add 1-2 tablespoons of the pickling juice from the pepperoncini jar!
