A creamy hen and mushroom pasta with all the flavours of French onion soup!

  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free) (non-obligatory)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (non-obligatory)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (non-obligatory)
  • 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese (or swiss), shredded (non-obligatory)
instructions
