Buffalo Hen Pasta

A fast and simple pasta with the entire flavours of buffalo rooster!

- 8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion, diced or sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, diced or sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced or sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rooster broth (hyperlink)
- 1/2 cup sizzling sauce (corresponding to Franks purple sizzling) *
- 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces blue cheese (optionally available)
- 2 cups rooster, cooked and shredded or sliced
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (optionally available) **
- 2 inexperienced onions, thinly sliced
instructions
- Begin cooking the pasta as directed on the bundle.
