Made a number of substitutions – 1/2 AP and 1/2 Sprouted Spelt, didn’t have the complete cup for applesauce so substituted with plain yogurt, and it was profitable with chopping the brown sugar with some coconut sugar, too! GREAT RECIPE! The right quantity of sweetness with out it being excessive! I completely made this for my husband since espresso cake is his favourite factor on earth, I’m not even a espresso cake individual, however this might need modified me!
