Creamy hummus topped with shawarma seasoned beef!

components
    For the meat shawarma:
  • 1 pound floor beef (or lamb, or turkey)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shawarma seasoning (hyperlink)
  • For the hummus:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans (~3 cups) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
  • salt to style
instructions
    For the meat shawarma:
  1. Prepare dinner the bottom beef in a big pan,breaking it aside because it cooks, about 10 minutes, earlier than draining off any extra grease.
  2. Add the onion and cook dinner till tender, about 5 minutes,
  3. Add the garlic and shawarma seasoning, combine properly and cook dinner for a minute.
