
Asparagus and Dill Frittata

A lightweight and attractive frittata with cottage cheese, asparagus and dill!
components
- 8 massive eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
- 8 ounces asparagus, trimmed and reduce into bit sized items
- 2 tablespoons recent dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 2 inexperienced onions, sliced
- salt and pepper to style
instructions
- Combine the eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan, asparagus, dill, inexperienced onions, salt and pepper and pour right into a 8-10 inch oven protected pan.
- Bake in a preheated 375F/190C oven till the eggs have set, about 25-Half-hour.
Possibility: Change cottage cheese with heavy cream, or crumbled goat cheese (chevre), crumbled feta, shredded/diced cheddar, shredded/diced gruyere, shredded/diced havarti, and many others.
Possibility: Add 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
