  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor coriander (non-obligatory)
